The majority of children at Riverbank will move on to either Woodlands High School or Ty Gwyn School. These three schools are federated and share the same site, therefore, communication and transition is a seamless process. We ensure that your child has many opportunities during Year 6 to visit the setting and become familiar with the new surroundings and staff.

Not all children move on to one of the above schools. There are many other secondary schools that provide additional support and below is a document listing the specialist provision available in all Cardiff schools.
