In Dosbarth Porffor class we are trying to develop our independence and are going out a lot to visit different places in the community. This term we have visited the pumpkin patch and afterwards made a very tasty pumpkin soup! We also went to the war memorial on Remembrance Day and attended the memorial service. We have also enjoyed a trip to Barry Island beach and investigated floating and sinking objects. We are learning to represent Riverbank School when we are out in public and make good choices to make our school very proud of us!
Dosbarth Porffor are looking forward to many more exciting trips to come, including a visit Dippy the dinosaur at the National Museum of Wales before Christmas!
Please check back for updates and photographs of our new adventures!
